If your donation is to be used for one of the two projects or for a specific building project, you are supposed to indicate this with a keyword (e.g. “Main Building Hacienda”, “Male Alumni”, “Female Alumni”).
Please indicate your complete address for bank transfers. You will then receive the newsletter, which is published three times a year, with information on the progress of our work. At the beginning of the following year, we will automatically issue the legally prescribed collective donation confirmation for the tax office.
For amounts below 200 euros, the so-called simplified donation receipt in the form of a cash deposit receipt (acknowledged by the financial institution) or the bank’s booking confirmation (account statement) can be accepted by the tax offices as proof. If the Peru-Aktion e.V. is not known to your tax office, you can additionally download a confirmation of the non-profit status of the Peru-Aktion e.V. on the Download page and attach it to your proof of payment. We would like to keep our administrative costs low: please understand that we will not issue individual donation receipts during the year.
